Pink and Polka Dots

This season's hottest patterns are gingham and polka dots. I can't spend more than a minute on Instagram or Pinterest without seeing these dots and checks. My love affair with polka dots is long standing and I am more than happy to wear this trend again and again this summer. Today I added a pink hat, purse and shoes to add some color to my black and white dress.

I am not very adventurous in my color selection for my wardrobe. You won't see many turquoise or tangerine outfits on this blog. I do however like to wear non-traditional color combinations like pink and red, red and tan, baby blue and grey. Today's navy and black outfit certainly qualifies.
